From July 1, 2021. VAT is charged on all commercial goods (E-commerce consignments) imported into the EU, regardless of value.

All books and products on BAMKO site are already passed customs clearance when imported into the EU. All necessary procedures and duties are paid and completed.

When you order on BAMKO within the EU Economic Area(EEA), there won't be any unpleasant surprising costs at the customs that you may encounter when ordering directly from Korea.

Please be aware that this option is only available for those who take offline classes in Brussels.

So, if you take an online class on Zoom, please do not choose this option.

Unfortunately, this is also not possible if the actual classroom is not located in Brussels.

<Warranty>

Possible to choose to go with or without warranty, but we recommend you to add warranty.

With warranty, Bpost will cover the cost of your order + the shipping fee, if your parcel's gone missing.

According to the Bpost customer support team, 1~2 of 25 packages go missing.

We of course expect that all the carriers will deliver our packages to you 100% on time without any damage. So it's pretty upsetting for us too, if unfortunately the package is damaged, delayed and even lost.

It's probably better to be prepared and get it covered.

Please notify us, 10 days after receipt of dispatch notice from us, if the parcel is still not at your door.

We will contact the Bpost Customer Support(CS) team then to open your case to investigate & track down the package.

Under the Belgian law, Bpost has total 20 days to complete delivery.

Only after 20 days has passed, a dispute or a refund can be done.

*full refund is only for those who added the warranty option.

DHL makes world/out of EU delivery more feasible.
