The 3rd Changbi Youth Book Award winner Kim Seul-ong, a Hangeul scholar, and poet Kim Eung-i, and the painter Lee Su-jin's "Hangeul Representative Player 10+9" were published. This book is a story of people who kept and nurtured Hangeul at a time when they could not use Hangeul and treated Hangeul contemptuously, following the will of King Sejong who created Hunminjeongeum, feeling sorry that people who did not know Chinese characters could not express what they wanted to say.
